What is the procedure to return/exchange an item?

a) Please contact us and let us know that you want to do an exchange/return and obtain an RMA number from us. You mustuse the "Support" form from the Contact Us menu. Please do not send anything to us prior to obtaining confirmation from us. Mail your return item to the following address:

Attn: Returns Department
3125 Commercial Ave.
Northbrook, IL 60062

Please use a service which provides you a tracking number for the parcel. You are responsible for the charges of this shipment.

b) The item must be in new and  unused condition. All the tags, armor, garment bag, hanger and other included items need to returned otherwise there will be a restocking fee (determined on a per case basis). We will verify that the item is in new condition once received and send you an email letting you know if everything checked out fine.

c) If everything is fine, we will send you your exchange size (or issue a refund if requested) in approx 1-2 weeks.
