What is the warranty policy?

Teiz Motorsports has the right to repair or replace, at our option, any product (or part) we feel does not meet our standards up to six months from the date of delivery. If you feel you have a warranty issue, you MUST contact us to obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number PRIOR to submission. We may ask you to submit pictures before sending the item back. In some cases, we may send you a repair kit to have repairs performed locally and reimburse you for the services performed. This helps you save on shipping charges associated with shipping the product to us.

When submitting items for a warranty inspection, please be sure the item is clean and free of debris, etc. Include all items and accessories included with the original packaging. The shipping charges to send items to Teiz Motorsports are the responsibility of the customer and we will in turn ship the return item to you at no additional cost.

Teiz Motorsports products come with a limited lifetime warranty. Under this provision, customers are able to order certain parts for free to perform repairs. The customer will only have to pay for the shipping.

YKK main zippers are not included in the limited lifetime warranty provision. Defects due to crashes/accidents are not eligible for any sort of warranty claims. However, you may request repair materials. Teiz Motorsports will provide you a quote for the materials at those point on a case by case basis.
